Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in their appearance and may have some small imperfections by nature.
However if you have any problems with your order do not hesitate to contact us on our contact page with your order number.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees. The customer is required to cover the cost of these fees.
Duties and taxes?
Some countries will charge duties on international packages and others will not, making it hard to predict. Please note that we have no control over how your country charges duties. Please find out about your country’s customs and duties policies if you’re concerned. If charges incur, we are not responsible for them. Any taxes will be applied to your purchase automatically if applicable.
Where is my order?
Once your purchase goes through, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please note that we have a 3-5 business day dispatch time on top of the shipping time. This gives up time to make and package your order.
What happens if my package gets lost?
We are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong location or your package being lost in the mail. If you put in the wrong address please contact us immediately.
Due to Covid-19 we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. However if you have any problems with your order do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the final sale.
